Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned subject to applicable conditions being met.

• Losses due to technical issues on the member's device
• Delays or issues with third-party payment gateways
• Force majeure or unforeseen natural disasters
• Losses resulting from sharing account information with others
